
New Music USA Announces 2026 Organization Fund Awardees
By David SalazarNew Music USA has announced 80 recipients of its 2026 Organization Fund, awarding a total of $564,250 to nonprofit organizations, performance groups, festivals, presenters and venues across 22 states and Washington, D.C.
The program supports organizations sustaining new music programming and nurturing music creators and artists.
Among the 2026 awardees are Death of Classical, Inc., Renegade Opera, Capital Region Classical, New Music On The Point, Siletz Bay Music Festival, Society for New Music, SOLI Chamber Ensemble, Vermont Symphony Orchestra and Washington Heights Chamber Orchestra.
The 2026 awards are distributed through three strands including General Operating Support, Creation of New Work and Live Music for Dance. The average Organization Fund award is $7,000, with a maximum award of $10,000.
