Tenor Néstor Galván has joined GoDirect for General Management.

The tenor, who hails from Tenerife, studied at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Tenerife and worked with such instructors as Montserrat Caballé, Celso Albelo, Isabel Rey, Manuel Cid, and Isabel Penagos.

He made his professional debut in 2013 as Normanno in “Lucia di Lammermoor” at the Teatro Guimerá de Tenerife. He has since participated in numerous production with the Ópera de Tenerife.

In 2020, he was selected as a Ópera Studio member of the Ópera National du Rhin in Strasbourg and has sung such works as “Hansel und Gretel,” “Friederike,” and “Madame Chrysantheme” with the company. In 2021 he was awarded the Grand Prix de la Voix de Niza, and sung a recital with teh Bolshoi Theatre. He has also collaborated with Evelino Pidò, Giampaolo Bisanti, Paolo Arrivabeni, Christopher Franklin, and Aldo Sisillo.
