
National Symphony Orchestra to Perform ‘Il Trittico’ at Carnegie Hall with Gianandrea Noseda

Carnegie Hall is set to present “Il trittico” with the National Symphony Orchestra.
The opera in concert, which is set to be presented on May 3, will showcase soloists Meryl Dominguez, Erika Grimaldi, Agnieszka Rehlis, Hakeem Henderson, Gregory Kunde, and Roman Burdenko in Puccini’s grand triptych of one-act operas “Suor Angelica,” “Il tabarro,” and “Gianni Schicchi.”
Gianandrea Noseda will conduct the National Symphony Orchestra with the The Washington Chorus under Eugene Rogers.
Noseda will return next season to Carnegie Hall for performances of The Ring Cycle with the Opernhaus Zurich. The cast will include Michael Volle, Klaus Florian Vogt and Camilla Nylund.
