National Philharmonic to Perform ‘Bach’s Mass in B Minor

On March 18, 2023 the National Philharmonic will perform Bach’s Mass in B Minor.

The concert, which is set to be performed at 8:00 p.m. at The Music Center at Strathmore, will be conducted by Piotr Gajewski. The National Philharmonic Chorale will be joined by soprano Esther Heideman, mezzo-soprano Magdalena Wor, tenor Matthew Smith, and baritone Trevor Scheunemann, baritone.

The program is one of many performances in March and April. The orchestra will also perform music by Florence Price, Margaret Bonds, Beethoven, and music by Nat King Cole.

The National Philharmonic is set to end its season in June.
