The Nashville Opera has canceled its performance on July 1, 2023.

In a statement, the company said, “Out of an abundance of caution with the approaching storms, today’s Nashville Opera on Wheels x Centennial Park is being canceled.”

“Our friends at NashSevereWx are tracking an incoming storm with the potential for dangerous straight-line winds, hail, and lightning.”

The concert would have been held at the Centennial Park and featured such artists as Sangeetha Ekambaram, Sara Crigger, Alysha Nesbitt, Greg Sliskovich, Jordan McClellan, Price Watson, Jessamyn Anderson, Tamica Nicole, Ryan Darensbourg, Claire Paschal, Jordan Holland, Emily Apuzzo Hopkins, Dee Donasco, Ryan Bede, Krista Adams-Santilli, TJ Morin, and Vincent Davis.
