Nadine Benjamin, Weston Hurt, Mary Bevan & Heidi Stober Lead English National Opera’s 2024-25 Season

Puccini’s “La Bohème” opens the season with a cast that includes Nadine Benjamin, Joshua Blue, Charles Rice, Vuvu Mpofu, Patrick Alexander Keefe, and Dingle Yandell. Clelia Cafiero conducts.
Performance Dates: Sept. 26-Oct. 19, 2024
Sinead Campbell-Wallace and Christine Rice star in Puccini’s “Suor Angelica.” Corinna Niemeyer conducts the production by Annilese Miskimmon.
Performance Date: Sept. 27, 2024
Britten’s “The Turn of the Screw” will feature Ailish Tynan, Gweneth Ann Rand, Eleanor Dennis, Robert Murray, and Alan Oke. Duncan Ward and Charlotte Corderoy conduct the production by Isabella Bywater.

Weston Hurt, Yongzhao Yu, Robyn Allegra Parton, William Thomas, and Amy Holyland headline Verdi’s “Rigoletto” with Richard Farnes conducting.

Donizetti’s “The Elixir of Love” will star Innocent Masuku, Rhian Lois, Nmon Ford, and Brandon Cedel. Teresa Riveiro Bohm conducts the production by Harry Fehr.
Performance Dates: Nov. 15-Dec. 5, 2024
Gilbert and Sullivan’s “The Pirates of Penzance” will be headlined by Richard Suart, John Savournin, Henry Neill, William Morgan, James Creswell, Isabelle Peters, Bethan Langford, Anna Elizabeth Cooper, and Gaynor Keeble. Natalie Murray Beale conducts the production by Mike Leigh.
Performance Date: Dec. 2, 2024-Feb. 21, 2025
Mary Bevan, David Ireland, Hanna Hipp, Nardus Williams, and Cody Quattlebaum lead a production of Mozart’s “Le Nozze di Figaro.” Ainārs Rubiķis and Tess Jackson conduct the production by Joe Hill-Gibbins.
Performance Dates: Feb. 5-22, 2025
Thea Musgrave’s “Mary, Queen of Scots” will include Heidi Stober, Alex Otterburn, Rupert Charlesworth, Nicky Spence, Barnaby Rea, Darren Jeffery, Alastair Miles, Ronald Samm, and Jolyon Loy. Joana Carneiro conducts.
