Monica Danilov to Celebrate Holiday Season with Folsom Lake Symphony

The Folsom Lake Symphony is set to celebrate the holiday season entitled “Holiday Treasures with Mezzo-soprano Monica Danilov.”

The concert in Sacramento, will include favorite and festive pieces of the season such as “Sleigh Ride,” “O Holy Night,” “The Christmas Waltz,” “Carol of the Bells,” and more. The orchestra will also be performing selections from “Messiah,” “The Nutcracker,” and “The Polar Express” with a special appearance by the Northern California Children’s Chorus.

Sacramento native and internationally acclaimed mezzo-soprano, Monica Danilov, will join the Folsom Lake Symphony for the holiday concert.

Danilov has performed at the Kennedy Center, Avery Fisher Hall, Cairo Opera House, and throughout South America. She also holds degrees in Vocal Performance from the Manhattan School of Music and the Conservatory of Music of Brooklyn College.

“Holiday Treasures” will be performed on Dec. 11 and 12, 2021.
