The MOMA MACHYNLLETH in Mid Wales has announced a program change.

The arts center noted that due to illness, Dame Sarah Connolly will not able to attend the concert with Julius Drake slated for August 26. As a result, Louise Alder will now be joining Drake. Alder is a well-known British soprano who has performed at the Glyndebourne, Royal Opera, Garsington Opera, Oper Frankfurt, and Canadian Opera Company. This season  she will perform at the Wiener Staatsoper, Theater ander Wien, and Opernhaus Zurich, among others.

The performance is set to begin at 7:30 and will last one hour.
