Michelle Bradley, Jacquelyn Stucker & Denyce Graves Highlight Atlanta Symphony’s 2021-22 Season

The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra has announced the 2021-22 season.

For this article, we will only focus on vocal performances.

Sir Donald Runnicles and Jacquelyn Stucker perform an evening of music by R. Strauss, Brahms, and Eötvös.

Performance Dates: Dec. 2 – 4, 2021

Sir Donald Runnicles conducts Humperdinck’sHansel and Gretel with Kelley O’Connor, Jacquelyn Stucker, Tichina Vaughn, Stephen Powell, and Michaela Martens.

Performance Dates: Dec. 5 – 8, 2021

Dmitry Sinkovsky and Georgia Jarman perform an evening of Handel, Vivaldi, and Mozart.

Performance Dates: Feb. 10-13, 2022

Nathalie Stutzmann conducts Mozart’s Requiem with Martina Janková, Sara Mingardo, Kenneth Tarver, and Burak Bilgili.

Performance Dates: March 17 & 18, 2022

Sir Donald Runnicles conducts Debussy and Duruflé. Soloists to be announced. 

Performance Dates: April 28 & 30, 2022

Nicola Luisotti conducts Verdi’s Aida.” The concert features the third act with a cast that includes Michelle Bradley, Denyce Graves, Clay Hilley, and Reginald Smith. 

Performance Date: May 19 & 20, 2022

Robert Spano conducts Mahler’s Symphony No. 3 with Kelley O’Connor as the soloist.

Performance Dates: June 9-12, 2022
