Michael Fabiano, Bryan Hymel, Matthew Polenzani Join Forces for ‘Three Tenors’ Online Concert

On Monday, May 11, 2020, audiences can check out a concert performances featuring tenors Michael Fabiano, Bryan Hymel, and Matthew Polenzani.

The event, which starts at 3 p.m. EST, will be broadcast live over Facebook and YouTube with each artist performing two songs with piano accompaniment. One song will be focused on a specific city, while another will be all about hope.

Fabiano will performance “I Left My Heart in San Francisco” followed by “Over the Rainbow.” Hymel will present “Do You Know What it Means to Miss New Orleans” and “What a Wonderful World,” while Polenzani will take on “Lonely Town” and “Smile.”

The three tenors came together last year in Dallas for a concert and a segment from that concert will also be showcased on the performance.

Additionally, the performance will feature interviews with a number of major directors of opera companies; Barry Tucker of the Richard Tucker Foundation will also be involved.
