The Metropolitan Opera has announced updates to the schedule for its Met Stars Live in Concert series.

The company revealed that the concert starring Sondra Radvanovsky and Piotr Beczala has been postponed until Jan. 23, 2021. The concert was originally set to take place on Sept. 26, 2020 but had to be postponed.

Meanwhile, the company also revealed that the performance starring soprano Anna Netrebko was postponed until Feb. 6, 2021. The concert was set to take place on Oct. 10. Per a release from the Met’s press department, the reason for postponing is due to Netrebko being ill. The soprano was recently hospitalized with COVID-19 and is currently recovering.

Finally, the company stated that it would be extending the viewing period for its recent showcase starring Joyce DiDonato. You can learn more about that performance here.

The Met Star Live in Concert series continues on Oct. 24 with Diana Damrau and Joseph Calleja live from Malta.
