The film will feature all Merola 2021 contestants, as they celebrate a “homecoming” at the Herbst Theater in San Francisco.

Paul is a Brooklyn-based German director whose work includes “Dichterliebe: POETLOVE.” He has collaborated with several major companies including the LA Opera, Shakespeare Theatre Company (Washington, DC), the Metropolitan Opera/Juilliard, Washington National Opera, Arizona Opera, Pittsburgh Opera, North Carolina Opera, and Wolf Trap Opera

The on-demand streaming production will be available to Merola members on August 13 and to the public on August 27, 2021.
