Medicit.tv is set to livestream Sonya Yoncheva’s Puccini’s gala.

The concert, scheduled for Nov. 13, 2019, will showcase the Buglarian diva in arias from “Madama Butterfly,” “La Bohème,” “Tosca,” and “Manon Lescaut.” Yoncheva will be joined on stage by her brother, tenor Marin Yonchev, and the State Academic Symphony Orchestra of Russia “Evgeny Svetlanov” under the direction of Venezuelan maestro Diego Matheuz.

The concert is part of Yoncheva’s Puccini tour, which sees her back on stage after giving birth to her second child.

The soprano will also return to the Royal Opera House for a series of performances of Puccini’s “La Bohème” and to the Teatro Real for performances of Bellini’s “Il Pirata.”

She will also return to the Metropolitan Opera for her role debut in Puccini’s “Manon Lescaut,” as well as to the Teatro alla Scala for her role debut as “Fedora.”
