Masabane Rangwanasha, Nathan Granner & Alfred Walker Lead Detroit Opera’s 2026-27 Season

The Detroit Opera has announced its 2026-27 season.

Puccini’s “Tosca” will star Masabane Rangwanasha, Nathan Granner, and Alfred Walker. Louisa Proske directs and Roberto Kalb conducts.

Performance Dates: Nov. 1-5, 2026

“Fiddler on the Roof” will be performed with a cast that includes Roland Wood, Megan Marino, Helene Schneiderman, Sydney Baedke, Rachel Blaustein, Grace Ryan, P. Tucker Worley, Noam Heinz, and Phil Fiorini. Crystal Manich directs and Roberto Kalb conducts.

Performance Dates: March 14-20, 2027

Phillip Glass’ “Satyagraha” will conclude the season with James Blaszko directing.

Performance Date: April 17, 2027
