The Martina Arroyo Foundation’s Prelude to Performance program is set to celebrate its 15th anniversary with a performance of Strauss’ “Die Fledermaus.” The performance is set for July 13 at the Kaye Playhouse at Hunter College.

The company noted that during the Prince Orlovsky scenes, there will be appearances from past alumni as well as video messages from those who are unable to appear in the performance. Moreover, Robert Sherman of WQXR’s Young Artist Showcase will also be hosting a section of the operetta.

The work will be conducted by Maestro Valery Ryvkin with stage direction by Alan Fischer.

Among past alumni of the program are Jennifer Rowley, Ryan Speedo Green, Michele Angelini, Jonathan Tetelman, Patrick Guetti, and Hongni Wu.
