Maria Bayankina, Brandon Jovanovich, Ambrogio Maestri Headline Verbier Festival’s ‘La Fanciulla del West’

The Verbier Festival is set to present a concert performance of Puccini’s “La Fanciulla del West” on July 20, 2021.
The showcase will star Maria Bayankina in the role of Minnie. She will be joined by Brandon Jovanovich as Dick Johnson and Ambrogio Maestri as Jack Rance. Other cast members in the performance will include Germán E. Alcántara, Andrés Agudelo, Yannick Spanier, Julien Van Mellaerts, Sungho Kim, Edward Kim, Stephen Marsh, Michael Bell, Dafydd Jones, Alexander York, Edward Jowle, Eira Huse, and Jean-Philippe McClish.
Valery Gergiev will conduct the Verbier Festival Orchestra.
The performance will feature subtitles. It starts at 6 p.m. local time at the Salle des Combins.
