
Maida Hundeling Joins Zelaya Artists for Representation
By Francisco SalazarSoprano Maida Hundeling has joined the roster of Zelaya Artists for worldwide representation, except in Italy.
Hundeling is a German soprano who developed an international career, performing roles such as “Turandot,” Abigaille, Isolde, Ortrud, and Elektra and has performed at such theaters as the Royal Opera House, Arena di Verona, Prague State Opera, National Moravian-Silesian Theatre, Croatian National Theatre, Slovenian National Opera in Ljubljana and Theater Lübeck.
This season, the soprano performed “Turandot” at the Luglio Musicale Trapanese and sang “Tosca” at the National Moravian-Silesian Theatre.
She is set to perform the title roles in Fibich’s “Šarka” and “Turandot” at the National Theatre Prague; Abigaile in Verdi’s “Nabucco” at the Slovak National Theatre; and Abigaile and “Turandot” in Ostrava.
