‘Maestro’ Set to Make World Premiere at Venice Film Festival
By Francisco SalazarBradley Cooper’s Leonard Bernstein biopic “Maestro” is set to make its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival.
The film tells the complex love of Leonard and Felicia, from the time they met in 1946 at a party and continuing through two engagements, a 25-year marriage, and three children.
“Maestro” is set to star Carey Mulligan, Bradley Cooper, Matt Bomer, Maya Hawke, Sarah Silverman, Josh Hamilton, Scott Ellis, Sam Nivola, Alexa Swinton, and Miriam Shor. The film is produced by Martin Scorsese, Steven Spielberg, Kristie Macosko Krieger, Bradley Cooper, Fred Berner, and Amy Durning.
Netflix is set to release the film later this year.
