Macerata Opera Festival Announces 2027 Season

The Macerata Opera Festival has announced its 2027 season celebrating its 63rd edition.

The new season will present three productions from July 17 to August 8, 2027.

Puccini’s “Tosca” is set to be presented in a new production with Tomer Zvulun directing and Ramón Tebar conducting.


The following production will be a revival of Donizetti’s “L’Elisir d’Amore” in a production by Damiano Michieletto and conducted by Corrado Rovaris.


The last production of the season will be Verdi’s “La Traviata” with Henning Brockhaus directing and Lü Jia conducting.

Casting will be announced another date.
