Louis-Charles Gagnon & Catherine St-Arnaud Headline Clavecin en concert’s 2023-24 Season

Clavecin en concert in Montréal, Canada has announced its 30th anniversary season, which will coincidentally celebrate the 250th anniversary of the Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours.

Here is a look at the vocal performances that will be showcased throughout the season.

First up is “French Music in the Time of the Builders.” That program includes music by Blavet, Rameau, and Leclair. It will be headlined by soprano Catherine St-Arnaud.

Performance Date: Sept. 22, 2023

Next up, tenor Louis-Charles Gagnon and the children’s choir Les Voix d’Elles will deliver a Christmas Concert.

Performance Date: Dec. 15, 2023

There will be three other concerts, including one focusing on music by Mozart and Beethoven and another spotlighting the works of Bach for harpsichord.
