Los Angeles Master Chorale to Perform at Oscars

The Los Angeles Master Chorale is set to perform at the Oscars.

The news came as the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced that only two nominated songs will be performed, “I Lied to You” from “Sinners” and “Golden” from “Kpop Demon Hunters.”

No details were given about the Los Angeles Master Chorale’s performance but the producers also announced that Josh Groban would also perform.

Voices of Master Chorale have been featured on numerous film scores, including “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” and “The Rise of Skywalker,” “How to Train Your ​​​​​​​Dragon” and “Superman (2025), as well as on the 97th Academy Awards In Memoriam segment.

The 98th Oscars will be held at the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood and will air in more than 200 territories worldwide. The ceremony, hosted by Conan O’Brien, will air live on ABC and stream on Hulu on Sunday, March 15, at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT, with the official red carpet show beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET/3:30 p.m. PT.
