The Long Beach Camerata Singers are set to present “Evening of Song” on May 22, 2022.

The showcase, which will feature a wide range of selections from The Great American Songbook by such composers as Irving Berlin, George Gershwin, Cole Poerter, and Oscar Hammerstein, will take place at the Beverly O’Neill Theater in Long Beach, California.

Randy Gordon will serve as Master of Ceremonies.

The Long Beach Camerata Singers is led by Dr. James Bass, who has led the ensemble since July 2017. The ensemble was created to enrich the lives of the local community and performers through a wide range of repertory as well as arts education and innovative programming.

“Evening of Song” is the latest  showcase in the Long Beach Camerata Singers’ 2022 season, which also included “Choral Fest” and a “Wine Tasting.”
