Running through December, the New England Conservatory is streaming a number of concerts through the institution’s Philharmonia and First Mondays series.

The series, which began on Oct. 3, will continue on October 17, with “NEC Philharmonia + Lina Gonzales-Granados: Montgomery, Shostakovich, & Frank.” Featuring string works by the mentioned composers, and conducted by NEC alumna Lina Gonzales-Granados.

The next installation, “NEC Philharmonia + Hugh Wolff: Eastman, Copland, and & Bartok,” will take place on October 31.

This series will conclude on November 14, with “NEC Philharmonia + Christopher Wilkins: Walker, Romero, Assad, & Britten.”

Now in its 36th season, the NEC’s First Mondays series continues to present new and classic chamber music at their home in Jordan Hall. Two concerts remain, scheduled for November 2, and December 7, 2020, with program details to be announced in the following weeks.
