By David Salazar

Light Opera of NJ has announced its “Tap the Talent” Volunteer Initiative.

The initiative is calling for people passionate about opera to work with the creative team on upcoming shows. All levels of experience are welcome.

“Are you passionate about the performing arts? Do you miss the thrill of being on stage or behind the scenes or would like to learn about it? Then look no further,” said LONJ Executive Director, Jason Tramm in an official press statement issued by the organization.

The company is set to present “The Barber of Seville” in February 2024 at the Sieminski Theater in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. The opera stars Carlo Alberto López, Mayela López, Fabián Robles, Carlos Conde González, Valerian Ruminski, Vladimir Hristov, and Christina Lamberti. Jason Tramm conducts and Giorgio Lalov directs.
