Le Théâtre des Champs-Elysées has canceled the Mar. 15 performance of “Le Rossignol” and “Les Mamelles de Tirésias” due to the ongoing national strike related to proposed pension reforms.

A statement on Twitter and on the company’s website, noted that staff necessary for the show will not be present.

The announcement noted that a limited number of seats remain for performances on Friday, Mar. 17 at 7.30 p.m. and Sunday Mar. 19 at 5 p.m. These are on sale on the site, by telephone and at the ticket offices.
