The George London Foundation will open its 2019-20 season with Latonia Moore and Ryan Speedo Green

The recital is set to feature Ken Noda at the piano in music by Boito, Duparc, Hahn, Liszt, Quilter, Wolf, Wagner, Verdi, Beethoven, and Mahler.

Both singers are slated to appear in the cast of the Metropolitan Opera’s new production of Gershwin’s “Porgy and Bess” that opens the season on Sept. 23, 2019. Moore will interpret the role of Serena and Green will portray Jake.

Moore has performed at the Washington National Opera, English National Opera, and the Dutch National Oper. Meanwhile, Green has appeared with the Wiener Staatsoper, Washington National Opera, Houston Grand Opera, and Opera San Antonio.

The recital is set for Oct. 20, 2019, at the Morgan Library and Museum.
