The LA Opera is slated to present living room recitals online starting on March 17 all the way through March 21, 2020.

All the programs will kick off at 4 p.m. local time and will run until 5 p.m. All concerts can be viewed via the company’s official Facebook page.

The recital program kicks off on March 17 with Erica Petrocelli and pianist Louis Lohraseb. On March 18, Alaysha Fox and Robert Stahley will sing alongside pianist Brendon Shapiro. A day later pianist Nino Sanikidze will perform alongside Tiffany Towsend and Gabriela Flores.

On the 20th, Lohraseb will accompany Sarah Vautour and Anthony Ciaramitaro. Lohraseb will close out the streaming concerts on the 21st alongside Sylvia D’Eramo.

They will take on a wide range of repertory including music of Strauss, Bellini, Barber, Schumann, Rachmaninoff, Korngold, Heggie, Ian Gordon, Debussy, and Duparc, among others.

The company will be updating the program daily.

“Music is bigger than just our stage. That’s why we wanted to bring it directly into your home. We’re working on a series of opportunities to help you enjoy all kinds of opera from the comfort of your couch, starting with a series of mini-recitals,” the company stated on its official website.
