La Grande Salle du 9e to Present ‘ArtChoral Romantique’

La Grande Salle du 9e in Montréal will present “ArtChoral Romantique” on Oct. 1, 2024.

The showcase will feature the ensemble ArtChoral, the PRIX OPUS Musical Event of the Year 2020 winner, performing works by Fauré, Tchaikovsky, Brahms, Verdi, and Mendelssohn. The performance will last one hour and will be followed by a reception for all participants and audience members.

Vocal soloists include soprano Janelle Lucyk, countertenor Ian Sabourin, tenor and lutist Kerry Bursey, and bass William Krauhaar.

ArtChoral is sled by Matthis Maute, a recipient of two JUNO Awards.

The event kicks off at 5 p.m. local time.
