Kristina Costello, Madison Marie McIntosh & Yinyu Li to Headline ‘Laudamus’
By David SalazarGardens Presbyterian Church will present “Laudamus” on Dec. 13 at 7 p.m.
The event will feature soprano Kristina Costello, mezzo-soprano Madison Marie McIntosh, and pianist Yinyu Li in a program with works by Mozart, Händel, Vivaldi, Mendelssohn, Fauré, and Verdi. The evening also features the first reprise of an aria from “Ruth,” a new opera by composer Mark Francis, and the world premiere of “Aria Sacra,” a setting of Isaiah 53:12 by composer Manne Von M.
During the performance, artist Wendy White will create a new painting live onstage.
