Killer Queen Opera is set to present “La Voix Humaine” on Sunday, Nov. 24, 2024.

The screening and live concert will take placce at Brooklyn Art Haus in Williamsburg and features a presentation of the company’s film of the opera, directed by Karina Parker, followed by a live recital starring soprano Marina Renèe Nuñez and pianist Giulia Magarelli.

Killer Queen Opera is “a female-led artist collective committed to our artists and audiences. Based out of New York City, KQO is dedicated to featuring female artists and artists of diverse backgrounds, especially BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and disabled artists. With every production, we aim to bring new audiences to opera by creating high-level artistic experiences that bring awareness to issues that our communities face today. Our mission: relevance, representation, & accessibility.”

The performance kicks off at 5:30 p.m. local time.
