Kathryn Radcliffe, Teddy Tahu Rhodes, & Carlos E. Barcenas Headline Victorian Opera’s ‘The Pearl Fishers’

On April 27, 2021, Victorian Opera will present Georges Bizet’s “The Pearl Fishers,” held at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl.

Maestro Richard Mills conducts the Orchestra Victoria, and a cast comprised of soprano Kathryn Radcliffe as Leila, bass-baritone Teddy Tahu Rhodes as Nourabad, tenor Carlos E. Barcenas as Nadir, and baritone Stephen Marsh as Zurga. This semi-staged concert production is directed by Elizabeth Hill-Cooper.

The production will run for two hours, sung in French with English subtitles. The venue at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl will offer a wide range of seating to accommodate social distancing measures.

Tickets range from $60 – $360, with private areas available for reservation with ticket purchase that include stall tables, balcony seats, and private decks.
