Julie Fuchs to Perform at LIFE Victoria in Barcelona

Julie Fuchs is headed to the LIFE Victoria for a recital on April 16, 2024.

At 8 p.m., the French soprano will perform alongside pianist Alphonse Cemin in a program entitled “Mélodie.” The showcase includes works by Ravel, Fauré, Holmes, Poulenc, Massenet, and Bizet.

Fuchs and Cemin are also set to perform together later this month at the Opéra de Lille and Wigmore Hall; the latter showcase will feature this same program.

Fuchs’ returns to the opera stage comes in June when she headlines Christopher Alden’s production of “Partenope” at the San Francisco Opera. She also returns to the Opéra de Paris in October for “La Fille du Régiment.”
