Julie Fuchs & Carlo Vistoli Lead San Francisco Opera’s ‘Partenope’

San Francisco Opera’s 2024 Summer Season will continue with Händel’s “Partenope.”

The opera will be showcased in Christopher Alden’s 2014 production and Christopher Moulds, a baroque specialist, will conduct.

The opera will star soprano Julie Fuchs in her American debut in the title role of Partenope, Carlo Vistoli in his U.S. debut, Nicholas Tamagna, Daniela Mack, Alek Shrader, and Hadleigh Adams.

The work will be performed five times from June 15 through June 28, 2024. The June 23 matinee performance will be live streamed at 2 p.m. PT and will also be available to watch on demand for 48 hours beginning on June 24 at 10 a.m. PT.
