Julia Bullock To Host ALL ARTS Broadcasts, Starting with ‘Katia Kabanova’

Soprano Julia Bullock will take the charge of hosting a wide range of opera content on the newly formed ALL ARTS broadcast channel and streaming platform.

ALL ARTS is a new arts platform from WNET that offers free streaming to viewers. The channel will launch its opera content with the Théâtres des Bouffes du Nord’s production of “Katia Kabanova.” The presentation will take place on March 10, 2019. This is the first of many such presentaitons, which will feature Bullock as the host, offering her own “personal and professional insights to the operas at the beginning of each episode.”

Bullock has appeared in the San Francisco Opera world premiere of “Girls of the Golden West” as well as “The Indian Queen” at Perm Opera House; she has also appeared in “Perle Noire: Meditations for Joséphine.” She is currently at the Dutch National Opera and will appear at the Opera Theatre of St. Louis this summer.

Additionally, Bullock is the Artist in Residence for the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
