On Sept. 22, the first annual ICÓNICA Sevilla Fest will open with legendary tenor José Carreras and dancer Sara Baras.
The concert, which will be at the Plaza de España de Sevilla, will showcase the two artists uniting Dance and song across the music of Spanish composers Isaac Albéniz, García Lorca, and Manuel de Falla.
The concert, which the two have performed on some occasions, showcases the union between dance and singing to create one.
The performance comes following Carreras‘ farewell concert at the Wiener Staatsoper, which saw him perform alongside Elina Garanca.
The ICÓNICA Sevilla Fest is set to run until Oct. 10 and will showcase several stars from different genres of music. Among the stars that are set to perform including Carla Bruni, Rosario Flores, India Martinez, and Raphael.
