Jonas Kaufmann is set to perform at the UEFA EURO 2024 final tournament draw at Hamburg’s Elbphilharmonie.

The performance will be held on Dec. 2, 2023, and can be seen on live broadcast on ZDF, RTL, Magenta TV, and Sky Sport News. For those streaming, the performance can be seen on zdfsport-de, ZDF-Mediathek, RTL+, Magenta TV, Sky Go, UEFA.com and the official UEFA EURO 2024 app. Kaufmann will perform alongside David Garrett and the National Youth Orchestra of Germany, National Jazz Orchestra of Germany, and National Youth Choir of Germany.

Kaufmann previously performed at the UEFA final opening ceremony in 2012.

The tenor is set to open a new production of “Turandot” at the Wiener Staatsoper and is also set to perform a new production of “La Gioconda” in Salzburg and Napoli, later in the spring.
