The Festival Castell de Peralada in Spain has announced its 35th anniversary featuring ballet, opera, and world music.

Here is a look at the operatic selections for the festival.

Benjamin Bernheim gives a recital of popular arias and songs.

Performance Date: July 24, 2021

Nicola Luisotti conducts Puccini’s Tosca with a cast that includes Jonas Kaufmann, Sondra Radvanovsky, and Carlos Alvarez.

Performance Date: July 25, 2021

Manuel Fuentes, Olga Syniakova, and Marta Pujol headline “Opera Followers,” a recital by the winners of the Tenor Viñas Contest created by Albert Estany.

Performance Date: July 29, 2021

Dani Espasa conducts Handel’s “Orlando” with Xavier Sabata, Marie Lys, Sabina Puertolas, Jose Antonio Lopez, and Eve-Maud Hubeaux.

Performance Date: July 30, 2021

Lise Davidsen and Sophie Raynaud will give a recital of music by Verdi, Lehar, Strauss, Wagner, Sibelius, Puccini, and Brahms.

Performance Date: July 31, 2021

William Christie leads a Handel program starring Jessica Niles and Shaked Bar.

Performance Date: August 1, 2021

Javier Camarena closes the festival with Guillermo Garcia Calvo and the Gran Teatre del Liceu Orchestra in a program of music by Puccini, Donizetti, Mozart, and Delibes.
