The Israeli Opera has announced its 2024-25 season.

Yael Levita, Shira Patchornik, Joel Prieto, and Granit Musliu star in Donizetti’s “L’Elisir d’Amore” alongside Oded Reich, Michael Schwarze, and Nahuel di Piero. Alessandro de Marchi conducts the production by Shirit Lee Weiss.

Performance Dates: Nov. 7-18, 2024

Peter Wedd, Julian Hubbard, Alla Vasilevitsky, Shaked Strul, Eric Greene, Anat Czarny, and Tamara Navoth star in Britten’s “Peter Grimes.” Alexander Joel conducts the production by Mariusz Trelinski.

Dan Ettinger conducts Verdi’s “Otello” with Carlo Ventre, Roy Cornelius Smith, Gevorg Hakobyan, Dalibor Jenis, Iulia Maria Dan, and Alla Vasilevitsky leading the cast. Adrian Noble directs.

Performance Dates: Jan. 31-Feb. 13, 2025

Yonatan Cnaan and Ido Ricklin’s “Theodor” will be performed with soloists Oded Reich, Noam Heinz, Anat Czarny, Shaked Strul, Yair Polishook, Yoav Ayalon, Noah Briger, Tali Ketzef, Tamara Navoth, Rona Shrira, Doron Florentin, Oshri Segev, Pnini Leon Grubner, Ella Primor, and Amit Yardeni. Nimrod David Pfeffer conducts.

Performance Dates: March 2-7, 2025

Carlo Montanaro conducts Puccini’s “La bohème” in Emilio Sagi’s production. Valentin Dytiuk, Pavel Petrov, Alla Vasilevitsky, Mario Cassi, Oded Reich, Laura Ulloa, Yael Levita, Alexey Birkus, and Julien Van Mallertes star.

Hrachuhi Bassenz headlines Strauss’ “Ariadne auf Naxos” with a cast featuring Hila Fahima, Rachel Frenkel, Anat Czarny, and Oded Reich. Asher Fisch conducts the production by Ido Ricklin.
