J’Nai Bridges has joined IMG Artists for general management.
Bridges will be represented by Executive Vice President and Global Head of Vocal Matthew Horner, Managing Director of IMG Artists Americas and Head of Vocal Booking Romana Jaroff, and Senior Assistant Artist Manager Noah Sesling from the New York office.
In a statement, Bridges said, “Joining IMGA is a remarkable moment which I have long awaited. I am excited to have a partnership that will not only provide support, but will also amplify my work and bring the best out of my artistry. Joining IMG Artists is more than a career move – it’s a step into an extraordinary future filled with limitless possibilities paralleled with continuing the legacy of the countless artists who inspire me on and offstage. Cheers to an exhilarating new chapter!”
Bridges was announced as one of the Kennedy Center’s NEXT50 cultural leaders, and appeared with The National Philharmonic in the world premiere of Adolphus Hailstork’s “A Knee on the Neck.” She has also been featured in the Converse shoe brand’s All Stars Campaign for its Breaking Down Barriers collection. She was also part of the Global Citizen movement’s Global Goal campaign and was featured as a “DVF” Woman, a campaign started by clothing designer Diane Von Furstenberg recognizing leading women who love fashion.
This season Bridges returns to the Metropolitan Opera in “Rigoletto,” Seattle Opera in “Les Troyens,” and will make her Wiener Staatsoper debut in “Carmen.”
