Jamie Barton is urging her followers to vote for Kamala Harris.

The mezzo-soprano took to social media and said, “I flew back to GA so I can vote tomorrow. If you are undecided or not planning on voting, I implore you to *please* vote, and vote for Kamala Harris (and then vote blue down the ballot). The rights of you & the people you love are on the line, and Trump only works for himself. ”

Barton has been vocal about her political views over the years and posted about going to a Harris rally earlier this year. She also joins Joyce DiDonato and Yannick Nezet-Seguin in supporting Vice President Harris.

Barton is in the middle of a run of Verdi’s “Il Trovatore” at the Metropolitan Opera and has received praise.
