Jamie Barton & Fleur Barron Headline Celebrity Series of Boston’s 2024-25 Season

The Celebrity Series of Boston has announced its 2024-25 season. Here are the vocal performances.

Mezzo-soprano Jamie Barton, violist Matthew Lipman, and pianist Tamar Sanikidze join forces for an evening of music by Clara Schumann and Johannes Brahms. There will also be music by composer Joel Thompson.

Performance Date: Jan. 25, 2025 at NEC’s Jordan Hall

Mezzo-soprano Fleur Barron and pianist Kunal Lahiry perform “The Power and the Glory.” The evening weaves together works from Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

Performance Date: March 18, 2025 at Longy’s Pickman Hall
