The International School of the Voice (ISV) has announced a Summer Intensive Exchange with Wiener Staatsoper Young Artists for emerging opera professionals, with sessions in Vienna and performances in New York City and Houston.

The 2027 exchange will run from June 27 to July 11, beginning with an intensive week in Vienna followed by performances in New York City and Houston. The program brings together artists from Vienna and the United States and combines individualized technical mentorship, collaborative work, and international artistic exchange. Travel and accommodations are provided for all selected participants.

Per Rachel Elizabeth Watkins, Executive Director of ISV, the exchange is an extension of the Young Artist experience rather than a replacement for established Young Artist Programs.
