The Ilirikum Foundation announces a gala concert as the centerpiece of its international project “The Bridge of Friendship USA – BiH – Western Balkans.”

The project is designed to connect the United States, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the countries of the Western Balkans through culture, art, and future development initiatives. In the “A Bridge of Friendship” concert sopranos Leah Anne Myers and Besa Llugiqi, mezzo-soprano Jacqueline Aldana Ledesma, and tenor Ermin Ašćerić will perform opera arias, duets, sacred works, American compositions, and traditional music of Bosnia and Herzegovina. They are joined by the Illyricum Philharmonic Orchestra and Choir, as well as the Zenica Youth Choir.

The concert will take place at the Sarajevo City Hall on August 16, at 8 pm.
