Hopewell Festival will present its inaugural concert on August 16, 2026, at Hopewell Valley Vineyards in Pennington, New Jersey.

The concert, “Celebration of Ella Fitzgerald: First Lady of Song,” will feature soprano Latonia Moore with The Guy Mintus Trio, presented in partnership with New York City Opera’s Bryant Park concert series. The program will explore music associated with Fitzgerald and the Great American Songbook.

“I’m thrilled to be the inaugural performer of Hopewell Festival,” said Moore, per an official press release. “Having spent time in Hopewell before, I’m especially excited to return and celebrate the beginning of what promises to be an important new cultural institution.”

Hopewell Festival was founded by composer and artistic director Matteo Neri and intends to build toward its first full festival season in August 2027.
