Hila Fahima Ruschin & Riccardo Frizza Join Concert at Deutsche Oper Berlin

Deutsche Oper Berlin has announced that Israeli coloratura soprano Hila Fahima Ruschin will take part in the Verdi – Wagner – Gala concert on December 18, 2020.

Fahima Ruschin will join a cast that includes Sondra Radvanovsky, Annalisa Stroppa, Amartuvshin Enkhbat, and Günther Groissböck. The opera house has also announced that conductors Riccardo Frizza and Daniel Carter will lead the Orchester der Deutschen Oper Berlin in the performance.

Hila Fahima Ruschin recently performed the role of Nannetta in Verdi’s “Falstaff,” the role of Dalinda in Handel’s “Ariodante,” the role of Zerbinetta in Richard Strauss’ “Ariadne auf Naxos,” and the role of Musetta in Puccini’s “La bohème” at the Wiener Staatsoper, among others.

Riccardo Frizza recently concluded a run of Donizetti’s “Roberto Deveraux” at the Teatro la Fenice.
