Harmonium Choral Society Unveils 2025-26 Season

Harmonium Choral Society has announced its 2025-26 season.

First up is “Season of Blessings” at Morrison Presbyterian Church. That showcase will feature music by Bach, Palestrina, Andrea Clearfield, Craig Courtney, Carol Barnett, and Alice Parker.

Performance Dates: Dec. 13-14, 2025


Then comes “Rooted in Eternity” featuring Schütz’s “Musikalische Exequien.” Also on the program are works by Mark Miller and César Carrillo.

Performance Dates: March 7-8, 2026


Next up is “Longing,” a concert featuring works by such composers as Gesualdo and Bob Dylan, among others. The program explores the longing for love, joy, and justice.

Performance Dates: May 9 & 10, 2026


The season concludes with “Ride the Storm,” a concert of works by such composers as David Thomson, Melissa Dunphy, Jackson Berkey, Laurel Luke Christensen, and Mark Miller, and the winners of the 29th annual NJ HS Choral Composition Contest.

Performance Dates: June 6-7, 2026
