Gustavo Dudamel, Pretty Yende, Masabane Cecilia Rangwanasha & Nicholas Brownlee Lead LA Philharmonic’s 2025-26 Season

The LA Philharmonic has announced its 2025-26 season.

Gustavo Dudamel and Los Angeles Master Chorale perform Ellen Reid and Strauss.

Performance Dates: Sept. 25-28, 2025

Gustavo Dudamel conducts Mahler’s Symphony No. 2 with soloists Chen Reiss and Beth Taylor.

Performance Dates: Oct. 9-12, 2025

Esa-Pekka Salonen conducts a program of music by Debussy, Gabriella Smith, and Scriabin with soloists Pekka Kuusisto, Jean-Yves Thibaudet, Liv Redpath, and Jingjing Xu.

Performance Dates: Jan. 9-11, 2026

Elim Chan conducts Masabane Cecilia Rangwanasha in Mahler’s Symphony No. 4. The program also includes Bartok and Ravel.

Performance Dates: Jan. 29-Feb. 1, 2026

Gustavo Dudamel conducts Yunchan Lim and Elena Villalón in a program of music by Ricardo Lorenz, Schumann and Beethoven.

Performance Dates: Feb 12-15, 2026

Gustavo Dudamel conducts Beethoven’s Missa Solemnis with soloists Pretty Yende, Sarah Saturnino, SeokJong Baek, and Nicholas Brownlee.

Performance Dates: Feb 20-22, 2026

Gustavo Dudamel conducts Grupo Corpo in a program of music by Beethoven and Gabriela Ortiz.

Performance Dates: Feb 26-March 1, 2026

Gerald Barry’s “Salome” will star Alison Scherzer, Anu Komsi, Timur Bekbosunov, Vincent Casagrande, Justin Hopkins, and Karl Huml. Thomas Adès conducts.

Performance Date: March 24, 2026

Gustavo Dudamel conducts the first act of “Die Walküre” with Jessica Faselt, Jamez McCorkle, and Soloman Howard.

Performance Dates: May 19-22, 2026

Gustavo Dudamel conducts John Adams’ “Harmonium” and Estevez’s “Cantata Criolla.” Soloists include Anthony León and Gustavo Castillo.

Performance Dates: June 5-7, 2026
