Guildhall School of Music & Drama Announces Spring 2025 Season

The Guildhall School of Music & Drama releases its spring 2025 season.

For the purposes of this article only classical voice events are included.

Tenor Alessandro Fisher serves as soloist in a new version of Ian Venables’ “Venetian Songs, Love’s Voice.” Matthew Lynch conducts.

Performance Dates: January 14, 2025

Eclectic Voices and Guildhall soloist soprano Biqing Zhang, mezzo-soprano Gabriella Noble, tenor Dominic Lee, and baritone Hector Bloggs present Mozart’s “Requiem,” with Robert Levin at the piano. Scott Stroman conducts.

Performance Date: January 20, 2025

Soprano Isabelle Peters performs in the Guitar Alumni Concert.

Performance Date: January 22, 2025

The UK premiere of Juste Janulyte’s “Iridescence” is given by the BBC Singers and Guildhall Session Singers.

Performance Dates: February 23, 2025

Jonathan Dove and Alasdair Middleton’s “Mansfield Park” is up first. Dominic Wheeler conducts the 2017 ensemble version in a new production directed by Martin Lloyd-Evans and designed by Anna Reid. The cast is yet to be announced.

Performance Dates: February 24, 26, 28, & March 3, 2025
