Guild Opera Company is set to present a “5 Sopranos Concert” on June 13, 2025.

The showcase will feature Emma Berggren, Agnese Gallenzi, Claire Pegram, Leela Subramaniam and Lena Yasmin at the First German United Methodist Church in Glendale, CA.

The program will include music by  Mozart, Donizetti, Strauss, and Bernstein, among others. They will be joined by pianist Helen Wu.

Berggrenn has performed with such companies as Pacific Lyric Association, Lyric Opera of Orange County, Cabrillo Chamber Orchestra, Guild Opera, Ridgecrest Opera Guild, Ridgecrest Chamber Music Society, Mission Opera, Maestro Skanör Falsterbo Musikförening, Riverside Lyric Opera, California Philharmonic, and Golden State Pops Orchestra.

Meanwhile, Gallenzi has appeared with State Opera Star Zagora and is a District Winner off the Metropolitan Opera Laffont Competition.

Pegram has performed at the Los Angeles Opera, Los Angeles Master Chorale, Los Angeles Philharmonic, and Pacific Opera Project.

Subramaniam has performed with Metropolitan Opera, Bavarian State Opera, Gärtnerplatz Theater, Theater Basel, Irish National Opera, LA Opera, and Carnegie Hall, while Yasmin’s resume features appearances with Off Brand Opera and Lighthouse Opera Company.
