The Glyndebourne Festival will put on a charity concert to support those affected by the war in Ukraine.

The showcase, which will take place on April 3 at 3 p.m. in the Glyndebourne auditorium, will feature Glyndebourne Festival artists along with the festival’s Music Director Robin Ticciati and the London Philharmonic Orchestra. Performers include Louise Alder, Danielle de Niese, Rodrigo Porras Garulo, Inna Husieva, Kate Lindsey, Sally Matthews, Huw Montague Rendall, and Sir John Tomlison.

All ticket sales and proceeds will be donated to the Disasters Emergency Committee’s Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.

“In the middle of this appalling humanitarian crisis, people are suffering, and need immediate practical help. Alongside other performing arts organizations in the UK and beyond, we stand in solidarity with all those affected, and earnestly hope that this concert at Glyndebourne will be both a profound and beautiful musical dedication to Ukraine,” Artistic Director Stephen Langridge said in a press release.
